Your Goals as a Lash Artist Aren’t Big Enough

I say this with all the love in the world, but you have to start thinking bigger with your beauty business. The sky is truly the limit and in order for you to succeed, you are going to have to set goals outside of your comfort zone. 

But being successful as a lash artist is more than just wishing it into existence. Yes, believing in yourself is important, but so is working hard. The reason why I have grown Lash Blvd to be so successful is because of hard work and setting goals that were out of my comfort zone. 

The first month in my lash business was pretty successful. Financially, I considered it a success. But I knew that I wanted to grow my business, so I set a financial goal for the next month that was much higher than the previous month.

In order to achieve this goal, I knew that I would have to treat my Beauty Business and my clients as if I had already reached that goal. Showing up as the person I would be if I had already reached that financial goal. 

Here are some tips on how you can make goals that will get you out of your comfort zone and into success as a Lash Artist.

Know all the answers to the questions:
Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? Be specific and write out all the answers to these questions.

Actionable steps.
In order to reach your beauty business goals, you have to create an action plan that breaks all the steps you must take in order to achieve the goal. Make it simple and detail out, even be as specific as the day if that makes it work for you. 

Give it a timeline.
Make sure you have set dates as to when you want to achieve this goal by and hold yourself accountable. 

What does reaching this goal look like? Will you be a Lash Artist who is able to hire a team member? Or maybe you will be booking out a month in advance?

Show up as that person.
The person who it took to reach your goals. The person who doesn’t live in their comfort zone but always strives to be the best in the beauty business.
