Jumping into a new career is such an exciting time. But it can also be a bit scary. If you're a brand new lash artist, here are 4 ways you can boost your confidence.

Never Stop Learning:

Just because a technique works today doesn't mean it'll work one year or even one month from now.

We live in a world that is constantly changing. New techniques are being discovered all of the time! 

There is no such thing as too much education. 

If you've made it this far, you're already one step ahead of the game. You'd be surprised how many people stop learning and reading after graduation.

Some of the best lessons take place outside the classroom. 

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep thriving.

Fake It Till You Make It:

Right now if you don't feel confident hustling for clients, simply act as if you already are confident!

What would you say? What would you do? How would you react? 

Celebrate All Wins:

Some of the best wins are the smaller ones.

Think about it. Every big win is a result of smaller wins.

Here's a great example.

What goal seems more realistic...

1) Doing 100 pushups in one day.

or

2) Doing 2 pushups a day over the course of 50 days.

If you guessed option #2, you are correct. 

When you're a brand new lash artist growing a clientele and mastering specific techniques will take some time. That doesn't mean you shouldn't celebrate the small stuff. Every new client, every referral, in fact every compliment should be celebrated!
