Just as the name implies, premade fans are built by a lash technician in advance and are ready to be dipped and placed on a client's lash.
Premade lash fans are either heat-bonded or connected via a small amount of adhesive. Finally, the finished product is shipped out on a tray, similar to strips of lashes.
